3. Two Core Technical Modules

   • Module 1: Unilateral Biportal Endoscopic Lumbar Interbody Fusion (Endo-LIF)
     Master the most advanced full endoscopic fusion technique, including key steps like endoscopic endplate preparation, disc space management, and cage implantation.

   • Module 2: Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy (UBE) for Decompression & Fusion
     Learn the classic UBE technique for spinal canal decompression, nerve root release, and discectomy, gaining proficiency in two-portal instrumentation and coordination.

4. 3-Month Full-Immersion Clinical Training
   A comprehensive 3-month program fully integrated into the daily routine of a Chinese hospital spine surgery department, from outpatient clinics to OR and postoperative management.

5. Full Mandarin & English Guidance
   All theoretical instruction, surgical demonstrations, and practical guidance are conducted with full professional Mandarin-English interpretation and support, ensuring seamless communication and deep understanding.

📅 Program Details

• Duration: 3 Months (Full-time, in-hospital)

• Training Model:

  1. Centralized Coordination by QuNaMai: Application, screening, didactic lectures, and simulation training occur at the QuNaMai Training Center.

  2. Hospital Placement: After approval, QuNaMai arranges placement at one of our partner tertiary hospitals for surgical observation and hands-on practice.

• Language: Mandarin & English (Full interpretation provided)

• Faculty: A renowned team of leading Chinese spine surgeons from our partner hospitals. QuNaMai will match each trainee with the most suitable mentor.

• Curriculum Includes:

  • Theoretical Sessions (QuNaMai Center): Chinese technical standards, surgical planning, complication management.

  • Simulation Training (QuNaMai Center): Hands-on practice with portals establishment, endoscopic navigation, and instrument manipulation on advanced simulators.

  • Live Surgery Observation (Hospital): In-depth observation of a wide range of procedures utilizing both technical modules.

  • Guided Practical Participation (Hospital): Step-by-step participation in surgical procedures under the one-on-one guidance of your assigned mentor.
